  • Site Supervision:

    • Assess and approve the work program submitted by the contractor.

    • Appointment of a resident engineer and supervision team in the project.

    • Supervision by the design team on execution through periodic visits and providing necessary office support.

    • Providing feedback to the contractor during implementation.

    • Reviewing and approving invoices from contractors and overseeing payment installation.

  • Providing periodic reports with photos for all stages of project implementation.

Residential Complex- Jabal Amman - Jordan

  • Thorough structural evaluations, considering the integrity of the original structure, load-bearing capacity, and potential modifications needed to accommodate the intended reuse. Navigating delicate balance between preserving historical elements and implementing necessary alterations, ensuring that the adapted structure not only meets current safety standards but also aligns seamlessly with its new purpose. Arranging and following up with the laboratory testing needed to assess the capacity and the strength of the structural elements and providing retrofitting solutions when necessary.
