  • Site Supervision:

    • Assess and approve the work program submitted by the contractor.

    • Appointment of a resident engineer and supervision team in the project.

    • Supervision by the design team on execution through periodic visits and providing necessary office support.

    • Providing feedback to the contractor during implementation.

    • Reviewing and approving invoices from contractors and overseeing payment installation.

  • Providing periodic reports with photos for all stages of project implementation.

Arranging and following up with the laboratory testing needed to assess the capacity and the strength of the structural elements and providing retrofitting solutions when necessary.
